Message First off, R34 Skylines aren't legal for import into the US since the early half of this decade. This is a result of a certain importer being involved in criminal investigations and questionable practices when it came to 'legalizing' the vehicles. If you buy a 'street legal' R34 inside the United States there is a good chance it has a dubious registration history. Third, as has already been stated, all you have to show is that it has proper pre-ban documentation indicating that it has been made street legal, or present registration records indicating that it has been registered as an 'offroad' vehicle only.
